How do Mandalon deal with problems during the packaging process?
When performing wire bonding and packaging it’s common to encounter problems. This is especially true when it comes to prototyping when the chip is to be connected to the outer world. We strive to maintain a good dialogue with you as our customer to meet your requests on the packaging.

But what is the cost?
The basic idea of the fees for short assignments is to enable swiftness for ”short jobs”. The model is to have rush fees. These enables our hurried customers to get it finished quickly.
Standard fees 2024:
Set up fee 2300
Fee per hour 1975
Normal delivery is up to but less than 3 weeks. We are normally performing the assignments directly but this 3w- limit gives us flexibility and above all, we can plan ahead and have the slack to take on rush jobs.
Rush fees:
